Tiffany Danielle Chisholm Pineda

Tiffany Danielle Chisholm Pineda has been with the University of Florida for almost 25 years. She is a Gator times four. She is a Gator Alumni. A Gator Employee. A Gator Mom and a Gator fan.

During her tenure at the University of Florida, she has held multiple positions with various departments. Most recently she was with the Institutional Review Board, known as the IRB, for almost fourteen years where she held the position of Editor before being promoted to the Education Coordinator of three of the then four IRBs at the University of Florida. She was also an IRB-01 Board Member for ten years. Tiffany thoroughly enjoyed her time there as it uniquely prepared her for the passion that formed in her for diversity and cultural competence in the research professional’s community.

After being hired by the Clinical and Translational Science Institute, she was given the ability to use her creativity to uniquely meet the needs of the research community. In her five years with the Institute, she has helped create a Council, the Diversity and Cultural Competence Council, and developed multiple interactive trainings aimed at causing paradigm shifts that will lead to eliminating the personal biases that we all have.

Tiffany sees each interaction as an opportunity to spark change for the better in herself and others. Her tenacity for intentional living is evident in everything she does from being a repeat firewalker to knowing that even one person can change the world!

Taylor Williams

Design Thinking and Communicating for Impact from IDEO U, allowing her to use human-centered design in the consulting work she offers to clients. She recently gave a TEDxUF talk about public speaking and is now working on a book on the same topic. She is an adjunct lecturer at the University of Florida at the Innovation Academy (Creativity and Design Thinking for Innovation) and in the College of Journalism in the undergraduate, graduate, and online programs (focusing on storytelling, communication, personal branding podcasting,) and serves as a consultant with UF MBA programs. Taylor is a graduate of UF, with a BA in business and an M.Ed., Ed.S. in mental health.

Morgan Wider

As a wardrobe stylist and speaker, Morgan Wider advises executives, entrepreneurs and college students on how to build wardrobes that convey confidence and competence. Morgan has worked with companies such as Google, Walmart, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche to highlight how an improved image increases performance.

Before launching her business, Morgan spent 10 years working at the corporate headquarters of The Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Carter’s. She grew several businesses with her knowledge of merchandising, apparel production, pricing strategy and international development.

Morgan is also the author of the best-selling book, The Worthy Wardrobe: Your Guide to Style, Shopping & Soul. By sharing her knowledge about the retail industry and her passion for fashion, Morgan helps her clients feel more powerful in all areas of their lives.

Mark Bennett

Mark D. Bennett is the principal of Uniting by Design LLC, a consulting firm with a mission to help leaders unite organizations to deliver superior results, earn ethical reputations, and adapt to change.

He has spent the past 25 years working with businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, universities, and international organizations as a workshop presenter, facilitator of collaboration, wise planning, and critical decision making, and leadership coach.

Leif Stringer

As a communication trainer, coach, and therapist, Leif Stringer is a fervent practitioner of compassion. He helps people return to their original empathic nature and to increase their ability to make conscious choices. His superpower is sensing the invisible in relationships – the underlying drivers of even the most unexplainable behaviors. He’s dedicated his life to demonstrating and teaching the necessary skills to navigate the terrain of relationship and the world at large.

Leif holds degrees from the University of Central Florida and Edinboro University in Organizational Communication and trauma-informed Social Work and is a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication
